Baker Chuck Baker will become president of the $7.3M- revenue American Short Line and Regional Railroad Association effective Feb. 4, replacing Linda Bauer Darr, who left the association last July to become president and CEO of the American Council of Engineering Companies. Baker was most recently a partner at Chambers, Conlon & Hartwell, where his clients included ASLRRA and the National Railroad Construction & Maintenance Association.
